Philip is an Albuquerque native. He and his wife Corrine have four children, two girls and two boys. His shop on 4th Street is Philip and Sons Mechanic and Hot Rod Service. He invites everyone to stop by and see the museum in his shop. Philip has been working on cars since he was a kid. He apparently is a long time aficionado of Fords and owns many including 3 ‘64 Galaxies, a ‘64 Thunderbolt, 3 T-Birds, a ‘53 Crestline Convertible and a ‘30 5-window coupe he is finishing up as a hot rod. He says his wife, Corrine, doesn’t mind his collecting cars “as long as it makes him happy.” He recently sponsored a tour for Feed the Kids of New Mexico and collected enough food to fill his ‘48 Ford Panel Truck. This charitable event will be featured in next month’s Earlybird Magazine for the International Thunderbird Club.
